An evaluation will identify your current server resources. We will advise you of various options available for upgrading or configuring server hardware and software.
Consultation with your staff who are familiar with the current environment and goals of the company will help us to determine your needs.
We try to ensure that server installation and upgrades are performed with minimal disruption of daily activities. When viable, server preparation and testing is done when the business is closed.

Our Server Experience

We have experience with the following server products. Microsoft NT 4.0, Microsoft 2000, Microsoft 2003, Exchange 5.5, Exchange 2000, Exchange 2003, Microsoft SQL, Pervasive SQL, Microsoft Terminal Servers, Citrix Metaframe. We can install, configure, upgrade, maintain, and troubleshoot these servers. We have experience recovering data and failed servers. We will help you setup a disaster recovery plan should a failure occur in the future.

Optimization

Server problems can be difficult to diagnose. We have plenty of experience optimizing servers. Servers usually have 1 or 2 bottlenecks that are severely limiting the speed of the computer. We can help you identify these components and take action to fix the problem.
